SHIPPING POLICY

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €100 within Greece and internationally.

For orders below €100, the following shipping fees apply:

  • €5 within Greece

  • €15 for international deliveries

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products that are made or ordered upon special request and are not held in stock are not eligible for withdrawal or cancellation once the order has been processed. For such products, please contact us at info@linkjewellery.gr in order for us to proceed with your order.
For products that are in stock and purchased through our online store, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement by email to info@linkjewellery.gr before the withdrawal period expires. For your convenience, you may also use the Withdrawal Form attached at the end of these Terms & Conditions, although its use is not mandatory.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must return the product(s) within 14 days from the date of notification.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging in which they were delivered. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items are returned safely.
Please note that the cost of returning the product(s) is borne by the customer.
Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected, the company will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal.
After 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product(s), the right of withdrawal expires and can no longer be exercised.
